By booking and participating in this cooking class or cooking experience, I acknowledge and agree to the following.

I understand that participation in a cooking class involves activities that may include the use of kitchen equipment, knives, heat, appliances, and food preparation. I understand that these activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to cuts, burns, slips, allergic reactions, or other injuries.

I confirm that I am at least 18 years old, or that I am a parent or legal guardian registering on behalf of a minor participant. I understand that any minor participant must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times during the class.

I confirm that I am participating voluntarily and that I am physically able to take part in the class. I understand that it is my responsibility to inform the instructor in advance of any food allergies, dietary restrictions, medical conditions, or physical limitations that may affect my participation.

I agree to follow all instructions and safety guidelines provided during the class. I understand that failure to do so may increase the risk of injury.

I release and hold harmless Chef Vasta, Iwacu Flavors, Café 180, and any affiliated instructors, staff, or partners from any and all claims, demands, or liability arising from my participation in the class, except in cases of gross negligence.

I understand that photos or videos may be taken during the class for educational or promotional purposes. I grant permission for my image or likeness to be used unless I notify the instructor in advance that I do not consent.

I understand that all class fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

By completing my booking or signing below, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to this waiver.
