All classes and Q&A sessions are recorded and uploaded within 24 hours. You can watch the replay anytime, pause as needed, and learn at your own pace.

No. You only need simple, basic kitchen tools. Nothing complicated or special is required.

Each month has a theme focused on building confidence and routine. You’ll learn foundational techniques, flavor-building, weekly flow, and simple meals that make plant-based cooking easier in real life.

Classes are usually 60–75 minutes. The number of classes depends on the tier you choose. Every tier includes access to live support and replay recordings.

No. These classes are for anyone who wants to cook more plant-forward meals, whether you’re fully plant-based or just adding more vegetables.

No. This is not a diet program. There is no restriction or calorie tracking. The focus is cooking, skills, confidence, and nourishment.

No. All classes are fully plant-based, and we do not cook with meat, fish, or dairy during the group lessons. If you are interested in more personalized guidance that includes discussing how to adapt recipes using ingredients you already use at home, that support is only available through my one-on-one sessions. Classes are planned for Wednesday and Thursday at 5 p.m. MST. After you sign up, you will receive a short survey asking for your preferred day and time. We may adjust the final class schedule based on what works best for most participants so they can attend live. Our goal is to make the experience convenient and accessible for everyone. A replay will also be available if you can’t attend live.
