  • Payment processing. Payments are processed via third-party payment processors. By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our processor to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees.
  • Subscriptions. Where Services are offered on a subscription basis (for example, a monthly cooking membership), charges will recur automatically until you cancel in accordance with the instructions provided at checkout or in your account settings.
  • Refunds. Any refund or cancellation policy will be clearly stated on the program sales or checkout page. To the extent permitted by law, fees are otherwise non-refundable.

5. Class access, replays & schedule changes

For live online or in-person classes, we will use reasonable efforts to start on time and deliver the experience as described. However, we reserve the right to make schedule adjustments, including rescheduling, substituting instructors, or changing class formats when necessary.

  • You agree not to share access links or login details with anyone outside your household unless the program explicitly allows it.
  • We may record live sessions for training, quality, or replay purposes; by participating, you consent to such recording.
